- Mia Palencia is looking for aspiring musicians for her pop folk band “Minstrel Soldiers”
- For a one year contract with a TV programme dedicated to the cause of women
- To travel with Mia Palencia to several famous festivals around the world
- To travel with Mia Palencia throughout Malaysia on a road show for the “Bedroom Musician Series” and perform at “Minstrel Musings, The 1st Annual Mia Palencia Songwriters Festival”
- To perform at private functions
- Open to musicians of both genders with preference to a female line up that includes drummer, bassist, rhythm acoustic guitarist, lead guitarist, violinist, flutist, pianist and back up vocals
- Mia Palencia is looking for aspiring jazz musicians for a jazz band
- To travel with Mia Palencia to several jazz festivals around the world
- To travel with Mia Palencia extensively throughout Malaysia on a road show for the “Bedroom Musician Series” and perform at “Minstrel Musings, The 1st Annual Mia Palencia Songwriters Festival”
- To perform for private functions
- Open to musicians of both genders, such as drummer, bassist, lead guitarist, saxophonist, trumpeter, pianist and back up vocals
- Mia Palencia is looking for bedroom musicians, songwriters, singers and comedians
- Musicians of any instrument
- Songwriters of pop, folk and jazz
- Singers of any kind
- Funny musicians and comedians of any kind that do not pick on people or politics to be funny

You are in your heart of hearts an aspiring musician on the journey for due recognition and have the makings of being famous. The great violinist Isaac Stern, who was instrumental in preserving Carnegie Hall, was asked, “Is talent born?” The question was in reference to an outstanding performance by Isaac Stern himself. He responded, “Yes, talent is born, but musicians are made.” It takes an incredible amount of discipline, hard work and talent to become a great musician.
